By accessing and using the Ethio American website and digital wallet and exchange platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License and Restrictions

Ethio American LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use our website and platform. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our platform.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Fees and Payment Terms

We charge transparent fees for services. Our fee structure is clearly displayed at the time of transaction. Fees may change with thirty days' notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ethio American LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal action shall be brought in courts located in King County, Washington.
